...because I have just arrived at my school's beach campus and it is beautiful. The school is right on the beach and as I sit here in its lobby writing this, I can turn to my left and see a white sand beach and a choppy Pacific Ocean.
I was warned in Heredia that the beach campus and host accomodations are a lot more rustic and yes they are. My bedroom is a room attached to the main house. It has a cinderblock base and on top of that a shell of two-by-fours with sheet metal for walls. There is a mosquito net over the bed, so I expect a barrage of bugs.
