One Thing More About my Time in Leon

The cathedral in Leon was the most impressive church I have seen so far in Central America.  The walls on the inside are lined with paintings of the 12 stations of the cross, two of Nicaragua's most famous poets are buried there (Nicaraguans love their poets), and you are can climb the bell tower and walk around the roof of the cathedral.  Here are a few pictures to give you a sense of the place:
